Our Valued Patients and Neighbors,
In light of concerns related to the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to reassure you that now as always, our commitment to your health and safety is our top priority.
As the decisions by federal, state and local governments continue to evolve we want to be responsible partners with the communities we serve. As a result, Universal Dentistry will continue to see emergent cases during the continued outbreak. However, to ensure we participate in the continued effort to mitigate the virus we will open only ONE office each day to service those patients in need of emergent care. Below is a schedule of which office each day.
The designated Universal Dentistry office opened for the day will operate our regular business hours and offer all our normal services for the dental and medical needs of our patients.
Please do not hesitate to contact our office for an appointment or to reschedule a previous non-emergent appointment by calling (888)272-2157
We are following all parameters and recommendations established by the ADA and the CDC with respect to the evolving COVID-19 issue, including those set forth on the CDC COVID-19 website and the CDC’s healthcare professional preparedness checklist.
Our main priority is to provide medical and dental services to our patients while keeping our patients, staff, doctors, and the overall community safe. We want to reassure everyone that we are practicing our normal infection control procedures with an emphasis on sanitizing all common areas, including door handles, workstations, restrooms, and reception area surfaces. As always, we are practicing very strict hand hygiene.
We appreciate your understanding and efforts during this global crisis. Working together we can and will defeat the virus.
In the meantime stay home, stay healthy and if you need us we’re here!
**Schedule is subject to change due to the fluid nature of both the health and economic world events. In the event the schedule has to exceed two weeks, the rotation will continue with 4 of the 5 offices opening per week.
